We are often asked questions about the renovation, timing and process. Below we list the most popular ones.
We guarantee the implementation of what is laid down in the design project if the construction team is ours and we are conducting site supervision.
If the team is not ours, but we are supervising, the result will also comply with the idea and everything agreed upon in the project.
Normally, the keys can be obtained from the owner or developer (if construction is not completed). Without visiting the site, we can offer the concept and layout (cost calculation), but for this a valid site plan and other available data are needed.
We offer a series of questions and lively communication that will help to understand the client, his psychology, desires, requirements, habits and so on. We will help to guide and form his expectations with the help of visual examples and explanation of styles that will be most acceptable for his comfort.
The renovation is best to start with the layout of the apartment. A successful layout is the basis of a comfortable interior. The designer works out the space taking into account the wishes of all family members, thinks through the functionality of each square meter.
