Redevelopment of uninhabited spaces into a duplex apartment in loft style.

This spacious apartment is 138 sq.m. in the 18th arrondissement of Paris recently underwent a global renovation from Peace Point Studio. The interior space is really amazing and unlike any other.

Multi-level planning, concrete, second light, metal columns and beams, huge industrial windows on the ceiling - this set of input data, typical of the loft style, not every interior can boast. We added an open staircase with glass partitions to this project, which allowed us to save more light in the bedrooms. And the brickwork on the entire wall with lighting gave the interior warmth and charm of the loft.The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a high glazed ceiling, a dining room with a large table, and a fireplace, which is the center of the whole space. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with study. On the second level of the apartment there is a master bedroom and a private bathroom.
